You’re one step closer to beginning your experience at Novant Health. Before your first day, all students are required to complete this onboarding course. This process will prepare you to enter a Novant Health facility safely, professionally, and with a clear understanding of what to expect.

Your Onboarding Overview

What You’ll Do

As you move through onboarding, you’ll learn Novant Health expectations, complete required education modules, and submit all necessary forms through DocuSign. You’ll also choose your internship pathway, secure your preceptor, and set personal learning goals. Each step is designed to make sure you’re fully prepared for day one.

What to Expect

This course is self-paced, so you can move through it on your own time. Some steps must be completed before moving forward, and all tasks must be finished before your internship begins. Take your time and complete each section carefully to avoid delays.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have access to your email for DocuSign forms, your preceptor information if you’ve already secured one, and enough time to complete each section without rushing. Being prepared will help you move through onboarding smoothly.
